CHARLES IMUZEZE
Principal Consultant
A very seasoned media strategist with over 15 years’ experience in developing and executing strategic marketing communications for local and international brands.
His expertise in media channel development and market penetration propels him to constantly find ways to help businesses achieve great returns on investment in media advertising, acquisition and retention, account development and management, and marketing. Such as in LTC-JWT, Media Supermart Limited, Verdant Zeal Marcketing Communications Limited.
A seasoned media professional with the capability to work on on both local and International brands, Charles has had the privilege of working on diverse brands with a driving desire to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.
Charles has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Lagos State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Benin.
He is also a thorough professional with full membership of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON); member, Education Committee of MIPAN (Media Independent Practitioner Association of Nigeria) as well as other professional associations.
Charles has attended several courses in Nigeria and overseas, some of which are Hensley Business School programme on Negotiation Skills in the UK. He’s also a certificate graduate of the Lagos Business School (SMP59).
Prior to establishing Permutation Media, Charles Imuzeze was the brain behind the establishment of Great Measures Media Network Limited, a renowned Media Independent agency; serving in various capacities before his appointment as the Managing Director.
BOARD OF ADVISORS
Our Board of Advisors consists of a group of individuals who have been selected to provide advice and help the company succeed. The BOA are the watchdog of the company from a far to give Permutation Media Concepts Limited the edge it needs to compete at a higher level, with an established culture of corporate governance and responsibility.
Dr. Godwin Ehigiamusoe is an accomplished social entrepreneur and a foremost Microfinance practitioner who has applied the concept of social enterprise to successfully build a number of enterprises which address the needs of persons and businesses at the bottom end of the society. His business interests span microfinance, micro-insurance, micro-leasing, healthcare and education.
He began his involvement in Microfinance as a rural cooperative officer before he founded LAPO (Lift Above Poverty Organization) - a successful pro-poor development organization with operations in Nigeria and Sierra Leone. The organization has evolved into a vast collection of mutually reinforced institutions/businesses with over two million clients and more than 7, 000 employees in Nigeria and Sierra Leone. Dr. Ehigiamusoe has been central to the development of Microfinance in Africa and actively participated in the formulation of the Nigerian Microfinance Policy, Regulatory and Supervisory Guidelines. He is a notable facilitator at local and international seminars and conferences on financial inclusion.
Dr. Ehigiamusoe earned his first and second degrees in Sociology and Sociology of Development respectively at the University of Benin. He also holds a Doctorate degree in Policy and Development studies with Distinction in his dissertation on Policy Instruments and Financial Inclusion : A Comparative Study of the Ethiopian and Nigerian Microfinance Policies and Regulatory Frameworks at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He has attended capacity enhancing management development programmes at Harvard Kennedy School; Lagos Business School; INSEAD Business School-Singapore Campus; and IESE Business School , Barcelona.
He authored Understanding NGOs (1998); Poverty and Microfinance in Nigeria (2000) and Issues in Microfinance: Enhancing Financial Inclusion (2011), It Can Be Done (2017). He is married to Mrs Ngozi Ehigiamusoe and blessed with five children. Dr. Ehigiamusoe strongly believes that “Meaningful development is only possible if the people at the bottom end of the society have full economic citizenship”

Hannah Oyebanjo (MCIM, FISMN) is a Business Growth Expert with special focus on Emerging markets. She is the Chief Executive Officer, Nigeria, the Republicom Group, an Integrated Marketing Solutions group.
She is also the Managing Director at Redwood Consulting; a marketing outfit based out of Lagos, Nigeria.
>An award-winning business manager and marketing strategist, who grew sales and profitability, turning-around ailing brands for firms in consumer-packaged goods and pharmaceuticals. Utilizing her creative skills, directed and integrated plans exceeding corporate goals for key household consumer brands.
By thoroughly understanding underlying psychological and social motives in multi-cultural environments, she developed product strategies with powerful executions that achieved double-digit growths. She anchored marketing communications that were exposed for brands across the region (East & West Africa).
Hannah has an MBA in Marketing from Delta State University, a BSc with Honors in Chemistry from Bendel State University (Now Ambrose Ali University) and attended the Management Program at Pan African University. Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK; Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), Institute of Directors, etc.

Dan Oshodin is a seasoned marketing communication professional with over two decades of practice including very senior roles in Nigeria’s leading advertising establishments. He is a director of TMKG Consulting. He was the founding Managing Director of Posterscope, Nigeria’s pioneer out-of-home communication and location marketing agency and director of Media Fuse Dentsu Aegis Network. He also managed the media (strategy and planning) function at the then Centrespread FCB, Rosabel Leo Burnett, Stacom Mediavest and Insight Grey, working for multinational clients and global brands including Heineken, Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Friesland Campina, Mastercard, Total and Red Bull to name a few.
An entrepreneur and pioneering business manager, Dan founded TMKG, Nigeria’s first technology-based media audit consultancy dedicated to helping advertisers track and optimize investment in the volatile out-of-home media space.
He is currently on sabbatical from the industry pursuing graduate research in technology entrepreneurship and innovation at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada.

Festus Sunday Akintoye(B.Sc, M.Sc, ACA, ACMA, CGMA), is a sound business conceptual manager and financial expert with over 17 years experience in financial accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate finance, treasury management and financial strategy & management.
He has over the years deployed his expertise in various organizations such as Five Star Industries Ltd as Account Assistant, Jide Eko & CO. Chartered Accounants as Audit Supervisor, Caverton Helicopters Ltd as Financial Accountant, Mikano International Ltd as Account Manager and Verdant Zeal Group as CFO/Finance Director.
He is a member, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) UK, Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Associate Accounting Technician (AAT) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He has Masters Degree, Project Management from the University of Liverpool UK, and Bachelor Degree, Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State.
